BrandComms.AI™ is built on a foundation of data security, privacy, and control. All client data ingested into our platform is stored in a dedicated, secure environment we call the BrandComms.AI Content Store™ —owned exclusively by the Client. Client data is never used to train open or public models. We apply strict data isolation measures to ensure Client assets remain private, protected, and completely segregated from other Clients. Our Generative AI system draws on a curated set of models—including LLMs, image, and video generators—evaluated weekly for quality and performance. We do not use models originating from China, such as DeepSeek, Qwen, or Doubao.
Privacy and Security
BrandComms.AI utilizes an AWS-hosted environment, informed by SOC 2 standards, GDPR principles, and the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) requirements to maintain a secure, walled garden environment (“Content Store”) for each Client.
Client Data Usage
Client data is only used within the BrandComms.AI secure and proprietary Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) process and is not exposed for training purposes in any open or public models. Client shall retain all rights in and to any brand assets or materials it provides to BrandComms.AI. Client grants to BrandComms.AI a limited, non-exclusive license to use such materials solely for the purpose of providing the Services.Deliverables
Upon the Client’s payment of all applicable fees, all rights, titles, and interest in the final AI-generated deliverables prepared for the Client shall vest solely in the Client. However, any embedded or underlying Background IP remains the property of BrandComms.AI and is licensed to the Client on a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free basis solely to the extent necessary for the Client’s use of the Deliverables.Third-Party Music & Sound Effects
BrandComms.AI has a commercial subscription with Epidemic Sound. Any music or sound effects included in the Deliverables shall be subject to the terms of use provided by Epidemic Sound. Client’s use of such third-party content must comply with Epidemic Sound’s applicable terms and conditions.Background IP
BrandComms.AI retains all rights, titles, and interest in and to any and all methodologies, processes, software, proprietary data, Forethought® marketing science methodologies (Prophecy Thoughts & Feelings®), and other materials owned or developed by BrandComms.AI prior to or outside the scope of the client MSA.
